Mission Reservations
All bookings at Horizon Atoll are subject to medical clearance. Did you know that orbital travel requires specific physical benchmarks? We're committed to your health throughout the transition.
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the 25% non-refundable orbital slot deposit. Full payment is required 60 days prior to shuttle departure from our Toronto facility.
- Passport validity of at least 12 months required.
- Mandatory pre-flight briefing attendance.
- Identity verification for orbital security manifests.
Aborting Maneuvers
Life on Earth can be unpredictable. We get it. However, because our orbital windows are calculated months in advance, cancellation fees are strictly enforced.
Cancellations within 30 days of launch incur a 100% service fee. Why so strict? Because hydrogen fuel and orbital stationing are non-recoverable assets once cleared for flight.
We're happy to offer one complimentary reschedule for training simulations if requested 14 days in advance.
Simulation Liability
Our VR and zero-G simulations are high-intensity experiences. Do you have a history of vertigo or cardiac sensitivity? Participation is at your own risk.
Horizon Atoll provides state-of-the-art safety gear, but guests must follow instructor protocols at all times. Failure to adhere to safety commands results in immediate removal from the simulation deck.
Zero-G Code of Ethics
Space is a shared heritage. We believe in mutual respect for all guests and staff. Harassment or unsafe behavior on our orbital platforms is met with zero tolerance.
Our team reserves the right to terminate your stay without refund if your conduct endangers the life-support systems or well-being of the Atoll community.
